. Products and Services cannot be Booked or Ordered first, booking and order can be make as soon as customer bank-in / transfer money on related products to Stary House.

. Products are distributed by parcel and express postage.
. 我们都采用快递服务。
. Postage of courier services should be bare by customer as customer will be informed by our personal on the postage fee.
. 商品都不包邮费，买家须承担邮费。
. Stary House will not be responsible for late postage. Once we send out your postage, we will inform you by email / message and chat box. Do check your postage by contacting the postage company if delay occur.
. 有任何延误的问题，请自己联络运输公司询问。
. If postage and parcel is damaged while delivered to you, we will not take any responsibility on it and will not make any compensation. So please check your parcel or postage once it reaches you.
. 运送的途中，损坏和遗失等等的问题我们一律不负责。请多多包涵。
. If there is balance while you transfer money to Stary House, do inform us, we will put the balance into the postage together.
. 不要因几十仙或几令吉为借口要求减价，我们会把余款放进包裹里。

Delivery Services

All Pos Malaysia Express services are terminated due to high risk of missing / damage parcels.

We will provide service of Pos Laju or Pos Domestik ( Air Mail ) by Pos Malaysia

Postage fees should be bare by customer.

Pos Laju Rates (W=West Malaysia | E=East Malaysia) :
1g - 500g : W=RM6.00 | E=RM9.00
501g - 1000g : W=RM9.00 | E=RM14.00
1000g - 1500g : W=RM12.00 | E=RM19.00
1501g - 2000g : W=RM14.00 | E=RM25.00

Pos Domestik Rates ( flat rate for East and West Malaysia ) :
1g - 500g : RM 8.50
501g - 1000g : RM 10.00
1000g - 1500g : RM 11.50
1501g - 2000g : RM 13.00

Delivery Time
Pos Laju : 2-3 working days standard delivery may apply.
Pos Domestik : 4-7 working days standard delivery may apply.
